Job Summary:

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Needs to understand how the hospitality industry works & operates department wise.
  • Travel to different engineering areas and gaining practical hands on experience.
  • Complete all tasks set by the reporting manager and assist him wherever possible.
  • Collate guest feedback data, conduct research or review to deliver better service towards complete guest satisfaction.
  • Always review System Guest Feedback & Online guest complaints. Maintain its track record on day to day basis. Arrange technical & soft trainings to avoid guest complaints in future.
  • Observe health and safety guidelines at all areas all times. Also suggest additional control measures to reduce the risk to an acceptable level.
  • Be able to prepare engineering related incident’s Root cause analysis & Its Corrective action and preventive measure.
  • Make a Hazard identification risk Analysis of Engineering work areas.
  • Analyse actual consumption data with given HLP (Heat light power) & Repair & Maintenance budget.
  • Observe existing strategies and techniques and offer suggestions for better productivity.
  • Need to understand & lead the Entire Engineering Training Management, Energy conservation program, Critical Path tracker, Budget Management, CAPEX-OPEX & AMC – CMC management in absence of HOD.
  • Compile reports and delivering presentations to team members.
  • Work closely with staff & build professional values with them.
  • Handle daily complaints/ issues that have been reported from various departments and allocate to team members accordingly.
  • Conduct regular inspections on the electrical, HVAC, DG and plumbing system and ensured their compliance as per the environmental regulations.
  • Maintain superb time management, follow-ups and professionalism.
