Job Summary:

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Designing compensation and benefits packages
  • Reviewing resumes and applications
  • Maintaining HR records
  • Communicating and explaining the organization’s HR policies to the employees
  • Ensuring statutory compliances
  • Handling full and final settlement of employees
  • Conducting various welfare activities
  • Conducting community initiative programs
  • Conducting employee orientation and facilitating newcomers joining formalities
  • Resolving grievances or queries that any of the employees have
  • Escalating to the right level depending on the nature of grievance or issue
  • Engaging with the employees on a regular basis to understand the motivation levels of people in the         organization.  
  • Conducting recruitment interviews and providing the necessary inputs during the hiring process
  • Implementing performance review procedures (e.g. quarterly/annual and 360° evaluations)
  • Developing fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them
  • Implementing effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques
  • Assessing training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees
  • Monitoring HR department’s budget
  • Acting as the point of contact regarding labor legislation issues
  • Managing employees’ grievances
  • Creating and run referral bonus programs
  • Reviewing current HR technology and recommend more effective software (including HRIS and ATS)
  • Measuring employee retention and turnover rates
  • Overseeing daily operations of the HR department
