Job Summary:

Duties & Responsibilities:
·        Meets and exceeds monthly club sales targets, individually and for the department.
·        Generates prospects list regularly, sufficient to ensure that monthly sales target will be achieved.
·        Ensure all prospects are properly briefed on the product and understand the rules and regulations of the Club.
·        Close each and every sale professionally and efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction.
·        Conducts Club tours and entertains prospects where appropriate.
·        Implements all sales action plan/programmes as outlined in the sales plan, to generate new members.
·        Suggests method and develops sales action plan to meet the monthly sales target.
·        Is aware of up to date information of competitors.
·        Ensures all membership prospects and referrals are professionally followed up for sales and further sales opportunities by maintaining a prospect follow up system.
·        Ensures all new members are professionally enrolled within 14 days and solicit referrals.
·        Contacts Members regularly for referrals and to provide information of Club activities.
·        Provides Membership Coordinator with all relevant information of existing Members and new Members to maintain accurate files and data.
·        Submits weekly prospect report, sales call report and other assigned reports accurately and promptly.
·        Participates in Club events to generate prospects.
·        Establishes and maintains effective employee relations.
·        Maintains an efficient file system, list of prospects, follow up reports and other related sales/marketing materials.
·        Assists in the preparation of sales material for sales/marketing programme/events.
·        Interacts with Members and their guests to encourage member referrals and new member sales.
·        Establishes good communication with members, receives complaints and take appropriate action.
·        Promotes Club activities, food and beverage, amenities, etc. to members and non-members.
·        Sharing & spreading the marketing communication via social media & other sources possible.
