JOB DESCRIPTION :

Job Summary:

Is responsible for the smooth functioning of Bell Service, Airport, and Transportation Operations. Works under the guidance of the Chief Concierge. Oversees the department in the absence of the Chief Concierge.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Assists in associate supervision, ensuring all tasks are prepared and delivered consistently with departmental
standards.
 Supervises the luggage delivery and pick-up, ensuring that multiple tasks are performed and departmental
standards are followed.
 Ensures that all errands on software are completed in a timely manner.
 Responsible for airport activities, ensure that the team is well equipped to handle the day’s operations
 Check cars and chauffeur grooming
 Ensure valet parking services are under control. Additional manning if any should be ordered.
 Oversees the ordering of supplies.
 Ensures that the associate performs all side work and additional assigned duties.
 Is familiar with all hotel services and provides this information to the team.
 Monitors work areas for cleanliness and proper working condition of all equipment.
 Is trained to prepare work schedules.
 Is trained to maintain accurate records.
 Performs all related duties and services as assigned by the AM Concierge
 Responds to solve problems in the absence of Senior Management.
 Complies with all departmental policies, as well as hotel rules, regulations and ensures that the team complies with the same rules and regulations.
 Must be familiar with all Brand Standards and ensure 100% compliance.
 Write reports as needed.
 Participate in inventory exercises.
 Ensure proper grooming of associates.
 Answer inquiries regarding hotel policies and services.
 Additional duties as necessary and assigned.
 Provide other services as requested by AM Concierge and Front Office Manager.
